New Palm Harbor Modular Home for California
New Modular home by Palm Harbor is ready for California
Palm Harbor Homes’ modular division, Discovery Custom Homes is showing its new UBC-coded modular home, the Buckeye, at the Southern California Home & Garden Show in Anaheim this week. The Buckeye is the first modular home that Palm Harbor is shipping to California.
Palm Harbor has told me that they will only be signing up established modular home builders and not likely any manufactured home street dealers. I am told that their Lantana and the Wilmington models will soon be able to ship to California buyers.
I have posted a few pictures below.

It is a pretty nice little house. It will be interesting to see what the buyers' interest is in it after the show. I have a concern that its price may be a little too high compared to their competitors.
