New Modular Going In Florida

Palm Harbor's Discovery Homes' modular home series is being craned onto its site Aurburndale, Florida. The owner makes the claim that when this home is finished it will be worth more than $500,000. I know these numbers are right. We have two modular home clients that have recent appraisals over $1,000,000! This is definitely not a manufactured home.

This story and others like it continue to reiterate why modular homes make so much sense. Speed, cost saving and building efficiency are the name of the game.
