City of St. Petersburg Builds With Modular

The city of St. Petersburg, FL has just completed a 1,540 SF modular home in area called Bartlett Park. For many years this area has been crime-ridden and an area not considered for new development or rehab. By using modular housing the city is able to reduce the overall cost of the home and make it more affordable to potential buyers.

Concrete Modular Homes in Florida

Here is a company building modular homes using concrete. Very cool.Royal Concrete Conceptss is focusing on the Florida market and building a better safer home against hurricanes.
